Initially Ghaffar Manzil was a small colony and the entrance was very narrow from the Ansari Auditorium of Jamia Millia Islamia. But now it has become a big colony having its extension also and the entrance is now in front of the Ansari Health Center of Jamia Millia Islamia with the side scene of rocks. This is the only colony in Okhla which is having a children's park. For local shopping you will have to go to Okhla, Batla House, Joga Bai & Zakir Nagar because in Ghaffar Manzil except few General Store & restaurants you will not find any shop.
